1. Those who wish to travel in A/C coach by train will be provided with the same facilities. (Fees are separate).
2. Separate rooms will be provided if required.
3. Senior citizen concession on train fare (40% for men and 50% for women)
4. LTC certificates for LIC and bank employees participating in tours will be given along with ticket copy excluding meal charges.
5. Only railway tickets for LTC are available for postal telegraph and Central Government employees.
6. 90% of tour fare for 5 to 11 year olds only.
7. Passengers with railway pass and disabled pass can participate in the journey.
8. School, College, Industrial and group tour will be arranged on their desired date with facilities (Rooms, A/C Bus, A/C Train).
9. Advance payment (Rs.2000 to Rs.10000 as appropriate for the amount of payment) in person or at any bank to “Kumaran Travels” along with name of tour participants, name of father or husband; Reserve the place by sending D/D in the name of Madurai.
10. In case of cancellation after advance payment, advance payment, 50% of the total amount if canceled 10 days before tour departure, full amount is non-refundable if canceled before 5 days.

10. In case of cancellation after advance payment 50% of the fare if cancelled 15 days prior to tour departure, 50% of fare in case ofcancellation 7 days prior, Visa fee (foreign tour) is non-refundable.
